Dr Hlabishi Kobo is a Principal Researcher and a Research Group Leader at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR). He is also a part-time lecturer and an adjunct researcher at various universities in South Africa. His main interests are software defined networking, software defined wireless sensor networks, internet of things, software architecture, network functions virtualisation, 5G, and other emerging technologies.
